Nigerians seems hypocritical on Naira Marley’s Lifestyle - Anonymous

The Nigerians who are crucifying Naira Marley have no business doing so. Is this not the same Naira Marley who all of you loved with your whole heart? Is this not the same individual who has been trending all of you with his meaningless and meaningless songs? Why are you lying that you have no idea what kind of person he is before it is too late? Many of you look up to him as a hero and a model to emulate.

His songs have a higher rate of popularity in Nigeria than the music of any other artists there. Everyone, regardless of age, has at least two or three of their own music stored on their mobile device. Even though the majority of his songs are prohibited from being broadcast on radio stations and the majority of his music videos are prohibited from being broadcast on national television, the population is still stirred up by his music. The majority of his music videos are also prohibited from being shown on national television.

Even high school girls in Nigeria were videotaped during the time when they were being inducted into the Marlian Movement. This took place at a given point in time. We observed them imitating their inspiration, Naira Marley, by smoking hemps and styling their hair in dreadlocks. Everyone cheered and expressed their admiration for them.

On Instagram, he has a following of approximately 7.4 million people. Are those folks in the afterlife? What is the total number of followers that Oyedepo and Adeboye have on Instagram? We have artists such as Patoranky, Dax, and Timaya that release important music, yet they cannot brag about having half as many followers on Instagram as Naira Marley does.

Things that are evil are more likely to trend than things that are nice. They have no trouble following in the footsteps of those who have no moral compass. Please name a Naira Marley track that features lyrics that have a lot of depth to them. Every one of his songs discusses immoral topics and vices such as drinking, smoking, sex, and gay behaviour. At the time, nobody cared enough to criticize him for his lifestyle choices. Therefore, why are you feeling so angry right now? Why have you decided to stop following him? If you love gangsters, you should also enjoy the fruits that they bear. If you love gangsters, you should also love fruits. It is hypocritical to praise and adore Naira Marley for his past life as a gangster while also condemning him for acting in a manner typical of gangsters.

We have a lot of up-and-coming musicians who are working on songs that have the potential to alter the world, but you and your friends will never be able to download or trend songs like that in the same way that you trend songs by established artists like Naira Marley. You don't play the songs that are morally condemning of what you're doing, do you? The songs that you enjoy streaming are, however, the ones that celebrate the lusts of the flesh, the vanity of life, and immoral ways of living.

People like Naira Marley will continue to be an inspiration to millions of young people in Nigeria until we start to abandon songs with meaningless lyrics and start to embrace music that may motivate and prod us into doing good things. Until we make this shift, folks like Naira Marley will continue to be a hero.
