NUC APPROVES MASS COMMUNICATION DEGREE PROGRAMME IN IMT, ENUGU FOR 2019/2020 ACADEMIC SESSION.
The National University Commission as of 20th January 2020 official announced the approval of degree programme for the department of Mass communication
and Computer Science.
It is on record that under this administration led by Deaconess Mrs Ifeoma Nwobodo and Prof. Austin Uche Nweze, the Institute of Management and Technology IMT, Enugu began degree programmes in Affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
When this programmes came on board in August 2018, six departments including; Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Public Administration and Business Administration were approved by National University Commission.
Today we are glad to announce to you that through the industry of the Council and Management two other programmes have been added to the affiliation programmes. They are Mass communication and Computer Science. This brings the number to eight.
We appreciate His Excellency for His massive support to the Institute. Kudos to the Council and Management for their efforts in making this dream come.
