WHY USA MAY NOT SUCCEED IF THEY SUE CHINA FOR COVID-19 OUTBREAK

The Covid-19 is rumored to be a biological warfare deliberately detonated by China to pull the world down, and most especially the Americans.

Some Attorneys in the USA have filed a $ 20 trillion lawsuit in the U.S. against China for instigating such lethal weapon of mass destruction.

The suit is against the Chinese government, Chinese Army, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Director of Wuhan Institute of Virology Shi Zhengli, and Chinese Army’s Major General Chen Wei.

In the purported suit, the plaintiffs have sought $20 trillion in damages, which is a bigger amount than China's GDP, claiming coronavirus is the result of a biological weapon concocted in the laboratory by the Chinese authorities.

They have also accused China of aiding and abetting death, provision of material support to terrorists, conspiracy to cause injury and death of US citizens, negligence, wrongful death, and assault and battery.

Well, without having to delve into the merits of the case, the suit is dead on arrival; a fortiori on jurisdiction. The law is settled that where a Court is robbed of its competence or vires, it is disabled and any decision arrived at would be tantamount to placing something on nothing and expecting it to stand.

To know more about what jurisdiction entails, we’d keep you posted.
